I am passionate about supporting people as they build fuller, more grounded lives. I believe everyone has the ability to grow, and that meaningful change often starts within a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship concerns, and trauma. You may be going through a major transition, feeling stuck in patterns of self-doubt, or struggling with inner conflict. I’m drawn to working with clients who are thoughtful, curious, and open to deeper work—those who want more than symptom relief and are seeking understanding, healing, and lasting change. My approach is collaborative and thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs. I incorporate EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, and parts work to help explore underlying experiences and patterns, not just surface-level symptoms. Together, we’ll work to increase insight, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful shifts in how you relate to yourself and others.
