Do you struggle with the impact chronic illness and disability has on your day-to-day life, relationships, and mental health? Life with a chronic illness and disability can be overwhelming, lonely, and frustrating. Along with physical changes, anxiety, depression, medical trauma, and grief can creep in unexpectedly. My main goal is to provide you with compassionate support, help you manage life’s ups and downs, and empower you to live a life you desire. I offer therapy for teens, adults, and couples who are impacted by chronic illness and disability, as well as for those who struggle with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. As a chronically ill person, I deeply understand the effects chronic illness can have. I create a safe space for clients to express their feelings and fears, helping them process the emotional impact of their conditions. I can also assist in finding realistic coping skills to manage pain, fatigue, and other symptoms, enhancing your quality of life.
