Whether it involves utilizing specific therapeutic techniques or just having a safe place to say things out loud, I strive to provide a non-judgmental and affirming therapeutic space in which to explore the challenges and complexities of being human. I practice from a queer-affirming, HAES-informed, harm-reduction lens and specialize in working with folks experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, aging and grief. My therapy style can be described as curious, collaborative and strengths-based.
