Sometimes we get stuck in our thoughts about the past, the future, our own behaviors, or the behaviors of others. This feeling of being stuck can impact all aspects of our lives and even change how we live. My goal in therapy is to help you get unstuck and identify what changes can help you thrive. I’ve worked with teens and adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, OCD, depression, eating disorders, relationship issues, life transitions, grief, and stress. My clinical passions include mood and personality disorders, as well as religious trauma/processing.
