I see therapy as a collaborative relationship between counselor and client as we move toward your goals. As a counselor, my focus is on helping people effectively cope with anxiety, depression, and ADHD, as well as manage substance use, relationship issues and stress. I also assist those who have experienced loss in working through grief at their own pace. I aim to provide a space for people to engage in healing and transformation through therapy.
