In reality, it can be intimidating to share our true feelings with another person- especially with a (virtual) stranger. I view you as an expert on yourself and will encourage you to honor your own inner wisdom. I value processing your unique context and how intersectional identities and structures of oppression contribute to your distress. My goal is to illuminate the root causes of your pain and to help guide you towards healing and growth.
