I work with people who are carrying a lot — stress, responsibility, trauma, and the quiet pressure to keep going even when they’re exhausted. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and rooted in helping clients feel safe, understood, and empowered in their own lives. I bring extensive experience from the child welfare system, advocacy work, and supporting caretakers who often put everyone else first. I’ve worked with a wide range of populations, including individuals from Ultra Orthodox communities, people with developmental disabilities, and members of New York City’s largest labor union.
