I believe that healing begins with social connectivity and relationship and that a collaborative relationship between the therapist and the client is essential for a positive therapeutic experience. In therapy, we may focus on thought patterns, relational dynamics, reframing negative thought patterns, building insight into past relational patterns, and creating more fulfilling patterns of relating to others. We may consider how cultural and systemic factors have impacted both your relationships and beliefs about yourself. I provide EMDR for clients who have experienced trauma or have painful memories.
