I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck in painful or confusing patterns. I am especially skilled with families with children. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can explore what’s happening and move toward healing. I am skilled with relational repair for clients of all ages and coping tools. I believe that when relationships are tended to with care and honesty, people can grow both together and individually. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and respect for each person’s cultural background and lived experience. I help clients slow down, understand emotional patterns, and communicate I work with individuals, couples and with families, including families with children and adolescents, to navigate stress and build healthier relationships. I also support couples exploring arranged marriages and offer short-term pre-marital therapy for every kind of couple.
