Hello beautiful soul! I am a licensed mental health counselor who received my education and training from Columbia University in New York City. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, social-justice informed, insight oriented, collaborative, and guided by foundational principles in Eastern Buddhist philosophy and spirituality. I specialize in the following areas of healing: Exploring one’s identity and understanding how marginalized and/or privileged aspects of one’s identity informs one’s lived experience and self-concept. Helping clients of marginalized identities feel empowered with self-love and acceptance in who they are authentically. Exploration of childhood trauma and using a deeply supportive and nurturing therapeutic bond to create emotionally reparative experiences.
