About

I’m a licensed therapist and the founder of Happier Chapters Counseling, LLC. I work with adults navigating workplace burnout, chronic stress, and high-functioning anxiety, using a casual, non-judgmental approach. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from their work and are looking for sustainable change—beyond the basic coping skills. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including CBT, trauma-informed care, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I also hold a Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) credential. Therapy with me is collaborative and goal-oriented, with an emphasis on helping clients feel more regulated.
