I believe that generational trauma, attachment style, family upbringing, intersectionality and cultural conditioning all influence how we experience the world. It is up to us to identify and unlearn maladaptive patterns of behavior. My goal is to help you feel connected to yourself and others through increased self-awareness. Most of my professional experience has been working with individual kids, adolescents and adults on problems related to self-esteem, stress, anxiety, relationships, trauma, identity development, among other things.
