My name is Harmonie Wong and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Orange County, California. I work with teens, young adults, and adults with a focus on increasing self-awareness and reducing stress and anxiety. My approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Attachment Theory to help clients build practical skills they can utilize on a daily basis. My approach to therapy includes exploring the foundations of relationships established in the individual's past and how they relate to the self and connection with others (attachment theory).
