Relationships and anxiety are my specialties. I also work from a sex positive lens and have experience with navigating sexual problems (couples or individuals) and creating a more fulfilling sexual life. I help my clients get unstuck and find positive momentum often by learning, healing, and replacing emotional pain from life experiences. This pain/trauma often shows up as anxiety, disconnection from our partner, or sexual problems.
