When psychological distress discolors your view of self and environment, Harmony Healing Hubs aims to explore therapeutic methods to create a “Inner Healing Hub” for all clients. The most important ingredient involves clients exercising self-compassion in a judgement free therapeutic space. The therapeutic framework at Harmony Healing Hubs is designed to examine cognitive, social & environmental influences for clients. There is a special emphasis on how these influences can shape a client’s perception-of-self or impede overall functioning. Through psycho-education & CBT, clients develop skill to increase desirable experiences.
