Some individuals decide to confront these challenges on their own, while others choose to share their thoughts, worries, pain, anger, and frustrations with someone who can support them in resolving their conflicts. Engaging in therapy can profoundly change a person's life, but it requires a genuine desire and willingness to do so.Haroula is a Doctoral Candidate in Clinical Psychoanalysis at BGSP, a New York State Licensed Psychoanalyst, and a Certified Psychoanalyst at CFS-NY. She works with children, adults, and couples grappling with mental health issues.
