I treat a broad array of diagnostic categories that is centered on treating the whole person. Areas of expertise include individual and couples therapy, parent/child, challenges from physical illness, coworker relationships and conflict resolution. Treatment areas include anxiety, depression, adjustment and relationship issues. I focus on behaviors, thoughts, feelings and ways of interacting that individuals repeat in spite of a wish to behave differently. My practice is devoted to developing, in a confidential setting, the tools needed to lead a rewarding life. I have over 25 years' experience treating individuals and couples. I offer both traditional psychotherapy and executive coaching for Fortune 500 companies.
