I believe that authenticity is the gateway to the soul. When one needs help, it is often times difficult to become completely vulnerable enough to disclose to others and accept what life may throw at us. When we learn to expose ourselves wholeheartedly with someone we trust, I believe this is where true connection is established. As a counselor, my passion is to provide a safe, altruistic environment where one can reveal their true struggles while also obtaining face-to-face understanding. I specialize in areas such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma & life transitions.
