Having grown up in Davis, I am familiar with the unique challenges and opportunities that come with living here. I help children, adolescents, and adults deepen their connection with themselves and build healthy, meaningful relationships with others. Many have come in with challenges of anxiety, low self-esteem, or unresolved trauma. These challenges can make it difficult to feel grounded or connect with the people around them. At a time when forming strong relationships is harder than ever, I help people develop social skills, show up more fully in their relationships, and create secure, lasting bonds.
