I speak from both a professional and life experience perspective so that people know that I understand where they are coming from and where they want to be. As a former collegiate athlete that was the first to graduate college from his working-class family - I speak from experience when helping young adults cope with the pressures that they regularly face in this day and age. My areas of expertise include adjustment issues, men’s issues, substance use, trauma, depression, anxiety, anger management, and healthy lifestyle practices.
