After over 20 years exploring the human experience through the performing arts, my own journey led me to social work and psychotherapy. I've come to learn that no human life can be summed up in a label or a diagnosis; like any compelling character, our stories are nuanced and layered, shaped by personal, social, environmental, and historical factors. It can be lot to make sense of on our own. But making sense of our story and telling it to a receptive listener can be a powerfully healing experience. I will offer you a supportive space to share and explore your authentic story with a compassionate and affirming listener who is committed not only to understanding your lived experience, but also to nurturing your sense of possibility and your capacity for healing and growth.
