The focus of my work, both as a psychotherapist and coach, has been on identifying and encouraging people's strengths in their work and relationships. The positive psychology movement today is much in vogue but I have been practicing this model my entire career. Focusing on strengths rather than pathology has been extremely effective in my work with adults, adolescents, and couples.
