I am passionate about aiding individuals throughout their mental health journey, regardless of their current life stage. As a Veteran of the United States Coast Guard, my goal is to help Veterans, Active Duty, First Responders, and anyone else on the Front Lines. I strive to help reduce the stigma around mental health and work to create a safe place for people to grow and learn. I primarily work with individuals 13+ and up, using a Trauma Informed Care lens of therapy. I seek to help clients with self-regulation through body-based, somatic techniques.
