I am a mental health counselor and Gestalt therapist with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado and advanced training from the Gestalt Institute of the Rockies, where I also serve as consulting faculty. I work with adults and adolescents, navigating personal and professional upheaval, disconnection and a wide range of mental health concerns.
