About
I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating life transitions, relationships, and identity development. Many of my clients are seeking support for anxiety, overthinking, or feeling “stuck” in cycles of self-doubt and stress. I enjoy working with both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, or executive functioning challenges, who are looking to better understand themselves and build tools for focus, motivation, and emotional regulation. I also have a particular interest in working with gay men and LGBTQ+ clients exploring issues of identity, connection, and belonging. My approach is grounded in compassion, science, and collaboration. I have extensive training and experience in treating anxiety, OCD, trauma-related stress, and neurodevelopmental conditions. My goal is to help people take control of their own story.
