Psychotherapy is a profession whose mainspring is love. Nearly everyone who visits a therapist has a love disorder, and each has a story to tell of love lost or denied, love twisted or betrayed, love perverted or shackled to violence. I use holism to help the patient reconnect, remember and reimagine. Much of what causes us distress comes from a lack of integration with our biological, psychological, social, and spiritual selves. I am excited about partnering with you in your journey of finding wholeness. My goal for you is to help you live into your authenticity. To do this, I meet you where you are on your journey with empathy and compassion. I will assist you in meeting your goals for therapy; together, we will identify the places in your life that are not in tune with your true self and no longer serve you on your path toward wholeness.
