I am a professional male therapist working with men who feel overwhelmed due in part to the new realities brought on by the pandemic. These may include changes in employment, finances, marital relationships, parenting and increased anxiety. I am here to help you set goals, develop better coping skills and become happier with your self and in your relationships. I strive for straight talk in an approachable non-threatening manner. My clients report that I am the first therapist that ever made them feel comfortable enough to share their true concerns and finally be able to begin working on change.
