I am a licensed therapist specializing in the treatment of sexual addiction and compulsivity. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based practices to help people regain agency in their lives. I work with people struggling with addiction, as well as their partners and loved ones who may be affected by the addiction. My practice provides individual therapy, couples therapy, and process-oriented group therapy.
