Hassan Abdullah, Licensed marriage and family therapist, and I am a trauma-informed, bi-cultural, Muslim Bengali American therapist who is adaptive to different experiences, different faiths or no faith, and can be both spiritual and non-spiritual, while holding belief in hope and that things can get better. I have worked with individuals for over 8 years, both online and in inpatient/outpatient community mental health settings. I have worked with various issues over the past 8 years and have a client-centered/person-centered approach. I firmly believe that people want growth, improvement, and to feel better.
