If you’re feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Many of the people I work with struggle with persistent anxiety, low mood, trauma-related stress, or a deep sense of self-doubt that makes daily life feel heavier than it should. I’m a warm, practical therapist who helps individuals move through anxiety, depression, and trauma by combining evidence-based approaches (CBT and ACT) with an existential, values-based lens.
