I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, depression, and other challenges to well-being. Often using an integrative approach, I am dedicated to creating a supportive, safe, and encouraging environment in which individuals can process the past, experience healing in the present, and enjoy meaningful growth. Believing that the lifeblood of therapy lies within a trusting relationship, I am passionate about connecting with others in a way that makes them feel seen and understood. I practice under the supervision of Denise Rountree, CPCS, LPC.
