Hi there! I am a therapist based in Lake Worth, but I serve clients from all over the state of Florida. I have over 15 years’ combined experience partnering with women from diverse cultures and backgrounds, working through anxiety, depression, relationships, illness, chronic health, parenting, and burnout. I know firsthand what it is like to struggle with these issues and to feel unheard and dismissed, but I also know the gift of good therapy, and I want to share it with you.
