Welcome to Center for Healthy Minds. This is an online private practice designed to support adults experiencing day-to day life stressors. I treat mood disorders, anxiety disorders, disruptive behavioral disorders, and other trauma or stress-related concerns with evidence-based practices. My main goal is to help clients achieve and maintain mental health wellness by assisting with learning healthy coping skills, decision making, stress management, anger management, social skills, career development, crisis planning/management, identifying inner strengths, and practicing self-care. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of New Jersey with a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. l have additional training in trauma and crisis management. My integrative treatment modalities may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
