My clients face anxiety/depression, life/career transitions, complex family dynamics, trauma related to dysfunctional patterns present in professional and personal relationships, families navigating divorce, parents improving parenting skills, couples addressing conflict, spiritual and personal exploration, and trauma related to Palisades fire displacement - Pali Strong! The relationship we build, routed in empathy and unwavering support serves as the foundation for our work together. I am trauma-informed, utilizing both Western and Eastern/Alternative treatments, philosophies, and interventions including CBT/ERP/EFT, multicultural and spiritual counseling, somatic experiencing, and mindfullness and breathwork practices.
