I am passionate about working with queer and trans youth, adults, and families. I also have experience working with a wide range of diagnoses. Whether your goal is to gain insight into your own patterns of thinking and being, heal from past traumatic experiences, or build tools to deal with ongoing symptoms or difficult life phases, my goal is to co-create a space where you can feel comfortable expressing and exploring yourself. I integrate elements of various modalities such as Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic Relational Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and trauma informed care.
