Hi there! My name is Hayden and I’m a therapist and licensed clinical social worker dedicated to supporting the LGBTQI+ community, millennials, and young adults. Whether you’re navigating identities, neurodiversity, exploring gender, living with depression or anxiety, or going through life transitions, I’m here to support you.
