My name is Hayden Wygant and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Gainesville, Florida. I work with adults and specialize in anxiety, stress, ADHD, depression, bipolar, PTSD, gender identity, sexual orientation, and trauma disorders. My focus is to help clients reach their greatest level of mental health awareness and help them use different skills to reinforce positive outcomes in their daily lives.
