I find joy in working with a diverse range of clients, including children, teens, families, adults, couples, and find I connect well with neurodivergent folks. I hold affirming attitudes towards bipoc, LGBTQIA+, & neurodivergent experiences. My passion lies in supporting clients navigating past trauma, anxiety, family conflicts, use of boundaries, and helping those struggling to feel heard or understood. ​I am trained with somatic modalities, EMDR, and am trauma informed/conscious to help you connect to yourself again (body and mind). Supporting you in feeling confident and in control of your life.
