In a world seemingly determined to strip us of our joy, community, and humanity, I believe that pursuing fulfillment and happiness in our lives is a radical act. My approach in therapy and my own life has been characterized by a good sense of humor and a strong imaginative spirit. While my current training is focused on relational work with families and couples, I approach all people with the knowledge that no one exists in a vacuum, and the ecosystem of your relationships can have a deeply profound impact on how you present yourself in your daily life. Living my life as a lesbian and a woman of color, using intersectionality has been essential to understanding myself.
