Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor & I enjoy working with both teens and adults. I have a passion for older adolescents & transition-aged youth (16-26yrs). I will meet you where you are, from a warm & nonjudgmental place. I approach counseling from a person-centered, strengths-based & identity-affirming approach. I believe that everyone deserves to feel safe, heard & empowered to live in joy as their authentic selves. I consider empathy, validation & humor as the key to building a strong therapeutic alliance. I am a Certified Yoga Teacher & I believe in the mind-body-spirit connection. Our work may include mindfulness, grounding, movement, conscious breathing, art & somatic exercises.
