Seeking therapy for yourself or your child is a brave step. I offer warm, empathetic and collaborative care for children, adolescents and young adults in my cozy Oakland office and via telehealth. Using a highly relational approach, I treat a range of mental health needs including anxiety and phobias, OCD, selective mutism, grief, depression, trauma, relational and social challenges, and concerns around body image. My approach is genuine, attachment-oriented, and rooted in trusting and safe relationships. I balance fun, play-based and creative interventions with evidence-backed tools to improve overall functioning and symptoms. I offer individual therapy to children, teens and young adults, with advanced training in infant and early childhood mental health. I’m especially passionate about working with neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ clients. I also work in schools supporting students with IEPs and have extensive knowledge of school systems and the needs of diverse learners.
