I am a clinical psychologist with over 25 years experience providing psychotherapy and consultation. I have helped children, teens and adults work through a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, parenting, grief, and peer/relational issues. I also have extensive experience working with children on the autism spectrum, as well as consulting with their parents who are navigating the difficult path of raising neuro-divergent children. On a personal level, I believe my down to earth, optimistic, and authentic nature offers comfort and hope for change. My training is rooted in attachment and psychodynamic theory. However, I believe everyone comes to treatment with their own unique challenges which calls for an individualized, integrative approach. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgemental space where I can support my client's desire to feel heard and understood.
