I seek to help people make sense of their experiences by listening, finding patterns, and connecting dots. The issues that bring us to therapy can often be connected to previous events or long-standing themes, and my job as a therapist is to help people understand themselves in the context of their environment, relationships, and experiences. With this insight, we are then able to create meaningful change in our lives. My approach is warm, authentic, and rooted in the belief that each one of us deserves to tell our own story.
