Seeking out the help of a therapist can be a difficult process. With that understanding, my goal is to provide a safe and secure place to work through some of life's most challenging issues. I approach therapy through an inquisitive place in order to best understand you, your situation and how we can work on effectively navigate through it. I provide individual and family services to adolescents and adults. I have experience working with relational trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, LGBTQIA+, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem and life transitions.
