I am an easy-going and laid-back therapist. My goal is to be flexible to help you meet your individual goals, and I adapt my practice to fit your needs. I provide a holistic approach to care and am focused on the client. Everyone wears many hats in their lives, and they all impact one another. Good care comes from addressing every aspect of an individual and understanding how the separate parts come together in each person.
