I became a therapist because I believe in the power of being heard and seen, and understood. I work with clients who struggle with self-esteem, mood, and anxiety often as a result of past experiences that led them to believe they are not good enough (thanks, trauma). Clients can rediscover their innate worthiness and return to living life with a little more joy as they learn to carry all the sh-t life has thrown at them through their work with me.
