I have always had a passion for helping others and therapy is a proven way to get through some of the barriers that can present during life, which is why I am here. I enjoy working with populations of 18+ years of age. I see clients for a variety of reasons anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and adjustments that take place in life. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults along with supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community. My clients set goals and I will walk with you through this process. Together we will navigate and tackle the various ups and downs that you might face through your journey.
