I believe that therapy can be a place of transformation. I work from a heart-centered space and I find using compassion, non judgment, and humor are foundational for growth. It is important for clients to feel seen and heard in order to create a safe space that invites the conditions for healing to occur. I have a deep passion for creating safety, trust, and a sense of nurturing with clients to allow room for growth, self-awareness, a stronger heart, and deeper self-presence. Most importantly, I am a clinician that will never ask you to do any work I am unwilling to do myself. I am also trained in providing EMDR to clients.
