I am a LPC & board certified coach specializing in emotionally focused individual and marriage counseling & coaching. I have advanced certification in Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma. I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy and have been a therapist for over ten years in private practice & at Hope Restored marriage intensives. I help clients learn to care for their emotional health, increase in self awareness and grow in their most valuable relationships. As a coach, I assist in goal setting & support moving forward. Before becoming a therapist I was a teacher and school counselor for twenty five years.
