Trying to figure life out on your own is difficult, so why keep trying to do it alone? You deserve a safe space to process, heal, and think out loud! Whether you’re a millennial trying to manage your anxiety, a black man who needs to feel free to speak honestly and express yourself emotionally, a pregnant woman feeling anxious or scared during your pregnancy due to a previous miscarriage or infant loss, or someone needing more out of life, I’m your girl! Talking to friends and family helps sometimes, but other times you just need someone completely unbiased to help sort out your thoughts and emotions. My clients love how free, understood, and challenged they feel in session. I specialize in anxiety, childhood trauma, relationship/communication issues, self-exploration, & pregnancy/infant loss.
